The Private community beach across from the home is off-limits to guests; however we can provide you with a private dock for fishing, a place for your children to play, or a place to relax or picnic nearby.
This 4-bedroom, newly constructed home welcomes you from the hustle and bustle of the city and invites you to settle down in the peace and quiet of life with a water view. The neighboring town of Deale offers water sports and fishing charters, fabulous seafood restaurants and places to crack an abundance of local crabs and oysters. Each season offers its own special highlights and festivals to enjoy in Shady Side, Deale, or even Annapolis -- a short 20 mile drive north -- and don’t forget to include a visit to the United States Naval Academy.
Family dinners are an option with a full service set up in the stunning eat-in kitchen. All the appliances are clean and new and the open concept allows entertaining while preparing meals. There are two Ring cameras monitoring the front driveway and left side porch for security purposes. Summary: The house fit our family perfectly and a great location for our quick stay to attend the Military Bowl Game in Annapolis! We enjoyed the house it had everything we needed, along with comfy beds! Our only complaint was the floors were dirty and need a very good mopping. We enjoyed the beautiful porch and wished the landscaping was trimmed to see the water. Overall, a great place!

Summary: The property was absolutely gorgeous. It's located in a perfect neighborhood for relaxing walks and pretty views of the water. The house itself was well equipped and tempting to not leave. It was too short of a visit. My only real concern was the park across the street. We were told by the owner of the property that we would need an escort to use that part of the advertised attraction. They had apparently been having issues with neighbors not too thrilled with renters I'm guessing. So we were offered the option to go somewhere else (much appreciated, but our stay wasn't long enough). The property had major draw because of the convenience to the water. I don't know if things have been settled since our stay (hopefully). Other than that, everything was wonderful, and the owners were very nice.

Summary: We loved the house and neighborhood. It’s across the street from the water and there was plenty of space inside for 2 families. The kitchen had everything you could need and backyard was pretty spacious.
